Diane 35 is a prescription medicine containing Cyproterone Acetate 2 mg and Ethinyl Estradiol 0.035 mg. It is used for the treatment of androgen-dependent conditions in women, including pronounced acne, particularly acne associated with seborrhea, inflammation or nodules. It may also be prescribed for androgenetic alopecia and mild forms of hirsutism.

Diane 35 also provides contraceptive protection while it is being used as directed. It combines an anti-androgenic component, cyproterone acetate, with the estrogen ethinyl estradiol.
